A holiday shopper's musings

I enjoyed purchasing Christmas gifts this year even though I had a limited time frame during which to shop because of a 3-month project I was finishing up. So as a result, I spent more than what I usually would spend. Amazon, Crate & Barrel, Macy's and Godiva received most of my business. I dropped enough cash at Godiva to receive a "free" gift card. I visit Godiva occasionally, but never enough to receive any "gift" with purchase. It is nice when being good to others nets a bonus for yourself.
